UK — Research and strategy consultancy Quadrangle has promoted Phil Rance to partner, and Steven Brown and Peter Hasler to director.
Rance (pictured) joined Quadrangle in February 2013 to develop new propositions, and over the last year has led new integrated sales and marketing campaigns for customer experience, as well as helping to develop Quadrangle’s data collection business, Red.
Prior to joining Quadrangle, Rance held senior positions as UK managing director at YouGov and managing director, EMEA, for Research Now.
Brown, meanwhile, joined Quadrangle in 2009, and is described as “a driving force” behind the firm’s move into customer experience research. Earlier in his career, Brown held senior research positions at Research International and ICD Research.
Finally, Hasler has been with Quadrangle since 2012, prior to which he held senior positions at The Licensing Company and as a research director at Ipsos.
Commenting on the promotions, MD Nick Baker said: “These promotions reflect Quadrangle’s significant growth and development in 2013, and lay the foundations for further growth in the next year. Phil, Steven and Peter have all made significant contributions in 2013 and we are delighted to welcome them into the senior team at Quadrangle.”
