UK – Market research agency Relish has appointed Toby Matthewson as head of innovation and strategy.
Matthewson (pictured) joins the company from brand strategy agency Bloom, where he was a director. He has previously worked for Unilever, L’Oreal and Cadbury and he was one of the founding partners at Truth Consulting.
In the newly created role, Matthewson will build the agency’s innovation, strategy and consultancy offer, boost its international presence and develop new creative and technology partnerships.
Simon Thompson, managing director, Relish, said: “Toby brings a wealth of experience and initiatives for us to evolve and extend our proposition. Insight is still at the core of what we do, but the role of agencies like ours is changing, which is being reflected in the increasing number of innovation and strategy projects we are involved with on an international scale.”
