UK – Digital research agency Research Now has announced a data partnership with customer intelligence platform FullContact.
The global partnership will allow marketers and researchers to append social data to survey data or incorporate it into sample selection.
FullContact confirms social accounts with networks including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. The company also provides social engagement data that includes Twitter followers and number of tweets, as well as brand category and lifestyle engagement data.
Mayer Danzig, senior vice-president of product management at Research Now, said the agreement will allow the company’s clients to "develop richer insights" and "make more informed business decisions".
