US — Research Now has launched a number of templated studies addressing common research topics.
Research Now Marketplace automated research is launching with seven initial study types, including concept test, brand health, attitude and usage, creative test, share of wallet, customer satisfaction and employee culture. Additional study types are currently being developed and will be released in stages.
Studies are initiated via an online form and can generally be completed within a few business days. Results are delivered in real time via an online dashboard, from which users can filter and download data. The tool is available in the US, Canada and Europe, and will launch in APAC later this year.
"Research Now Marketplace automated research offers affordable and fast tech-based research, enabling researchers and business line managers to make more confident decisions on every day, important topics," said Melanie Courtright, executive vice president, Global Products and Services, Research Now.
"We have repeatedly heard of the need for such an offering from our clients, and are pleased to be able to deliver it today."
