US — Call tracking and analytics specialist ResponseTap (formerly AdInsight) has opened its US headquarters in New York.
The UK-based company hopes its new office will spur interest from US and Canada-based businesses for its flagship product, R-Tap Insight, which is designed to help businesses increase conversions, cut ineffective advertising and justify ad spend. It follows a £1.6m series A investment earlier this year and the subsequent opening of a London office.
It has appointed J. Scott Hamilton as general manager for North America operations, to head up the New York office. He joins from VoodooVox, where he was president and CEO for 10 years.
Ross Fobian, CEO and co-founder of ResponseTap, said: “The global demand for call tracking solutions has continued to grow at a tremendous rate and the US market is no exception.”
Former Yahoo regional vice president Stephen Taylor (pictured) was appointed chairman of the company last June.
