US — Research technology provider Revelation is launching a new mobile and web-based research platform that the company says has been designed for “the post-bulletin board era” of online qual.
Revelation | Next takes its design cues from social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest – and their accompanying social apps – and does away with the traditional threaded forum layout in favour of ‘news’ feeds, visual sharing, commenting, liking and push notifications.
Founder Steve August said: “Consumers live via mobile and the web and qualitative research needs to go where they are and provide a social experience.”
