UK— Qual research agency Rosenblatt has moved in with Cello Group sister company, the co-creation firm Face, with the two companies now sharing administrative and commercial functions.
The two business will maintain separate brands and research teams but will share marketing, sales, recruitment, logistics and project management services.
Face CEO Andrew Needham (pictured) will have overall responsibility for both business, while Alex Maule continues to lead Rosenblatt as managing director.
Maule said: “Operating under Face management and sharing services with Face will take a lot of administrative pressure off us and enable the team to concentrate on growing the business. We are very excited about this development as it will allow us to focus on creating new ways of connecting with today’s consumers as well as expanding and enriching our qualitative offering.”
The companies say they plan to “continue to attract and work with different categories of clients, while offering a mixed methodology approach when appropriate”.
Rosenblatt has relocated from its offices in Chalk Farm, north London, to Face’s HQ in Midford Place, central London.
