RPCushing hires ex-Kantar recruitment director

MR recruitment consultant selects Estelle Shepherd to head development of new executive search and selection unit

RPCushing Recruitment has hired former Kantar Group European recruitment director Estelle Shepherd as head of executive search.

Shepherd will lead the development of an executive search and selection unit operating across the MR, marketing, PR, and design and creative industries.

She will work with MD Paul Cushing to ensure the new unit is aligned with RPCushing’s existing operations.

Shepherd said: “My new position affords me the opportunity to build a team which pushes the boundaries of best practice, applies professional standards of research and consulting to recruitment, has a point of view about the industry and aligns excellent candidates with compelling opportunities.”
