US— Harris International’s former international president Robert Salvoni has joined customer loyalty agency Satmetrix as its international managing director.
Salvoni (pictured) left Harris last month when his position was axed and the firm announced a major shake up of its UK operations. He previously had spells with BT and Iris Accountancy Solutions.
His new role at Satmetrix, which co-developed the Net Promoter Score for measuring customer satisfaction, will see him responsible for growing the business internationally and managing a team responsible for new client acquisition, client retention and customer loyalty.
Satmetrix CEO Richard Owen said: “Robert brings a breadth of experience in growing international businesses, plus expertise in customer experience programmes and a dedication to customer success that fits with our mission.
“His track record of success in developing and executing effective business strategies will help us accelerate growth in our international business.”
