US— Satmetrix has struck a strategic partnership with social media monitoring firm Metavana that will see the two firms collaborate on a range of products.
The two firms will combine Metavana’s sentiment and influence engines with Satmetrix’s Net Promoter in the Cloud feedback management software.
The “broad” partnership includes joint development of products and joint investment in sales and marketing.
Satmetrix CEO Richard Owen (pictured) said: “Building on Metavana’s scientific breakthroughs in sentiment analysis, our joint solutions will deliver more powerful and all-encompassing listening and analytics tools for companies to build a successful customer experience using Net Promoter.”
Michael Tupanjanin, Metavana’s CEO, added: “The partnership is a key plank of our strategy and will provide a platform for growth as we establish a large commercial market for our technology.”
