US — Customer experience tech company Satmetrix has launched the Net Promoter Network, a community and content hub for sharing customer experience resources and thought leadership.
The Network is aimed at customer experience professionals looking to improve their knowledge through online training and certification in the latest NPS methodology.
Satmetrix CEO, Richard Owen, said: “Times have changed, and just getting the basics of customer experience right is simply not cutting it anymore. We launched the new Net Promoter Network to provide customer experience professionals with a one-stop-shop for all the latest knowledge and resources they need to take their CX programs to the next level.”
Visitors to the Network can browse the site or sign up for free membership to gain access to the library of educational and thought leadership materials from Satmetrix and its industry expert partners.
