UK — The Scottish Footbal Association is to conduct its first National Football Survey of fans covering issues such as league reconstruction, national team performance and match day experience.
The survey is a collaborative effort of the Scottish FA, the Scottish Premier League, the Scottish Football League and Supporters Direct Scotland.
Sports research group Repucom has been hired to administer and analyse the online survey, which is seeking the participation of fans from all levels of the game.
Stewart Regan, the chief exeutive of the Scottish FA, said: “The global economic crisis has had a considerable impact on the financial health of the game in this country and with league reconstruction at the top of the agenda, it is important we listen to the people who make Scottish football the unique, passionate and proud national sport that it is – the supporters.”
