UK – Quantitative semiotic analysis technology provider Signoi has released a beta version of an artificial intelligence (AI) tool for analysing text and imagery data.
The tool, named Mr Toad after a character from Kenneth Grahame’s novel The Wind in the Willows, will produce reports from text and imagery data and is powered by a large language model.
Mr Toad provides in-depth analysis of data, with priorities and advice for action, but also generates image prompts for creating mood boards.
Andy Dexter, founder at Signoi, said: “Our mission has always been to harness AI’s potential for unearthing narratives and hidden meanings within massive data sets.
“While not imbued with real-life intelligence, Mr Toad, just like its namesake, excels at a kind of amphibious cunning – swimming through deep pools of data to extract meaningful, actionable insights.”
Signoi co-founder Andrew Jeavons added: “Large language models are at the leading edge of AI technology and we are proud to be bringing this technology to our clients in a uniquely user friendly and engaging way.”
