US — Big data analytics company SiSense has completed a $10m series B round of funding led by Battery Ventures.
Battery Ventures was joined by Opus Capital and Genesis Partners in the funding and SiSense said the investment would be used to meet “intense” demand for its analytical database, SiSense Prism.
SiSense said its subscription revenues grew 520% and had won customers in 49 countries such as Target and Merck, and start-ups companies Wix and Uber
“We are thrilled to add Battery Ventures as an investor,” said SiSense CEO Amit Bendov. “We are experiencing exponential sales growth and incredible buzz in the market – now it’s time to step on the accelerator. Our biggest challenge right now is growing the sales force and the support teams quickly enough to keep up with the demand.”
