INDIA— Synovate has appointed Shreya Baksi Sen, who has spent the last two decades in the industry, to lead its specialist customer experience practice in India.
She was previously at Market Probe where she held the role of branch director in Delhi, in charge of running day-to-day operations at the firm. Over the course of her career she has also had spells with IMRB International, Research International Jakarta, AC Nielsen ORG-MARG, Mudra Communications and IIM Ahmedabad.
Paru Minocha, the firm’s executive director for India said: “Shreya will actively leverage opportunities with our clients across sectors, particularly those in packaged goods, automotive, consumer durables and financial services. With all of our research, our goal is to always provide companies with better insights that lead to better decisions and better business results.”
