UK— Synovate is looking to expand its Retail Performance shopper counting and analytics business across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
The expansion will be led by vice president Craig Bradley in the US, business development director Rob Huijboom in Europe and Asia Pacific business development director Cristiane Ross.
Bruce Wells, CEO of Synovate Retail Performance, said: “Current market conditions require retailers to look at companies that can drive insight and value, rather than just providing the customer counting equipment. We’ve recognised that clients are not getting the full value from counting solutions and have responded by expanding our model and services to where our clients need us to be.”
The Retail Performance business includes the Shopper Count customer traffic measurement service, the ViewsCast automated feedback product and the firm’s mystery shopper activities.
