AUSTRALIA— The Leading Edge has restructured its Sydney operation with the appointment of two joint managing partners.
Stephen Spencer (pictured) has been moved from his role as MD for Asia and will lead the Sydney business alongside Chris Paxton, who has been promoted from within the office.
They will be supported by Liz Jones and Seonaid Anderson who have been promoted to senior directors of client consulting, and James Lesage and Karen Ibbotson who have been made directors of client consulting.
The firm has also appointed former Added Value Australia MD Irma Del Mundo to its branding and innovation team.
Paxton said: “The recent restructure of the Sydney business is designed to ensure we consistently deliver what clients are looking for – a fully integrated and seamless offer incorporating research, branding and innovation skills where appropriate.
“By blending senior research practitioners with highly experienced branding and innovation consultants, we’re confident that we’ll continue to drive tangible commercial advantage for our clients and that our offer will remain strong and differentiated in an increasingly cluttered field.”
