MIDDLE EAST — TNS has appointed Stephen Hillebrand, former VP for Africa, Mediterranean and Middle East region, as its new CEO, Middle East.
Hillebrand (pictured) has spent the past seven years in the Middle East, having joined TNS in London in 2000. His experience spans business strategic support across Custom, Panel and Media research.
He replaces Steve Hamilton-Clark, who had been in the role for the past 17 years.

Nice cute dimpled smile. But what happened to Steve after 17 years, and where is he headed? And what happened to that old scot Stuart Morris after he was put out to pasture by TNS? good luck to Stephen (something about TNS choosing folks with ST in their first names....)
