UK— TNS Research International has seen off competition from Nielsen Bases and Acupoll to be named as the Tata Beverage Group’s preferred global supplier of new product development research.
Each firm was evaluated against eight selection criteria, including relevant experience, value adding capabilities, compatibility, market understanding and methodology.
Phil Sutcliffe (pictured), head of the consumer team at TNS RI, said: “I am extremely proud of the UK consumer team for winning preferred supplier status with the Tata Beverage Group.
“We are in the privileged position of having sector-focused teams that allow us to truly understand the issues affecting our clients’ industries and we plan to leverage this expertise to help Tata drive NPD success.”
Tata makes a range of tea, coffee and water products.
