UK— TNS put out a warning today of an apparent phishing scam that purports to be recruiting people for mystery shopping assignments.
The email claims to come from “TNS Global INC” and recipients are asked to email their name, address and telephone numbers to an aol.com email address, not an official TNS corporate address.
A Research employee was the first to bring the email to the attention of the company who confirmed that it was not legitimate.
The company warned recipients of the email not to reply, but to report it to their email provider.
A similar scam using the TNS name was reported in the US earlier this year.

Thanks for the "heads-up" on the phishing scam, I received the E-Mail today. Is there any official body to whom I should be reporting the fact that I've received it ?
