US— Toluna has added new features to its PanelPortal online community to allow users to access their Facebook and Twitter accounts and share content from within the community.
The online data collection firm hopes that the new features make for a more engaging experience for PanelPortal members while also helping attract new recruits who see community content via Facebook and Twitter.
Jeff Scott, president of Toluna North America, said: “Enabling community members to integrate their Facebook and Twitter experience with PanelPortal provides client benefits in addition to an improved user experience. Consumers are actually helping broaden awareness for the MROC they participate in, potentially helping word- of-mouth respondent recruitment.”
