UK — Business-to-business multiplatform media company Top Right Group has picked consumer intelligence specialist Sky IQ, to help overhaul its marketing and customer insight processes.
Sky IQ aims to help drive Top Right Group’s revenues by; increasing its customer retention, improving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and creating enhanced operational efficiencies.
Top Right Group – which includes global exhibitions provider i2i Events Group; foresight business 4C Group; and EMAP, the brand-led news, insight and events unit – has been provided with a marketing intelligence platform from Sky IQ that will allow the group to identify on-going actionable insights about its customers and ultimately deliver data-led marketing campaigns to reach them more effectively.
Top Right Group digital marketing and insight director Paul Coxhill said: “Having a holistic view of our customers is essential to creating an unforgettable experience and aiding retention. Not only is Sky IQ tailoring its marketing tools to suit our needs, but through consultative advice and training it’s providing an approach to data-led customer campaigns that, over the longer term, our staff will be able to deliver themselves.”
