UK— Tpoll has strengthened its panel and communities teams with a number of senior appointments to support new business including Join the Dots’ Janice Townley joining as associate director.
Townley joins the agency’s quantitative division after five years as a senior associate director at Join the Dots and a year prior to this as account director at Nunwood. Originally from Canada, she is formerly a clientside research manager having worked at the Toronto-Dominion Bank for a decade, followed by spells at Scotiabank and Invesco.
Also joining Townley in the quantitative team is Ania Kozielec as research director, who has spent a year as an account director at Hall & Partners and previously worked for agencies including TNS and GfK. Michaela Coulton joins as senior research executive while Kate Salmon joins as research executive and Alexandra Clark takes the same role in the qualitative division.
Meanwhile in the agency’s direct division, Bridget Du Plessis joins as an account director after four years as a senior project manager at SSI and Maria Lauterbach joins as project manager from 2CV where she held the same role.
