US— Digital marketing agency Tribal DDB Worldwide has struck a deal with Visible Technologies to give its clients access to the latter’s TruCast social media analysis products.
Paul Gunning
The TruCast suite includes tools to track conversations on social media sites, to help brand owners and marketing agencies monitor and manage online reputations.
The Visible tie-up follows the launch of Tribal DDB’s Radar social media centre of excellence, which will help clients define and capitalise on marketing opportunities in the social media space.
CEO Paul Gunning (pictured) said: “We have seen an explosion of tools that measure the quantitative aspects of social media, but few companies have embraced the strategic and creative requirements in parallel. That combined with the opportunity to use it not just as a communication channel but also as a research channel is why we are so excited about the process that underlies Tribal DDB Radar.”
The Radar centre will be led by Tribal DDB’s director of engagement planning Milla Stolte who will oversee a team of “social media passionistas” from across the company.
