CANADA — Insight community technologies provider Vision Critical has teamed up with the University of British Columbia (UBC) to launch an online community for the college’s students and alumni.
The Open Minds Forum aims to help UBC get closer to its students and alumni and improve its services and communications with Vision Critical working with the university to recruit approximately 5,000 students and alumni to become members of the forum.
UBC will use the community to capture insights from its members on an on-going basis about services, marketing communications and program development.
UBC managing director, communications and marketing Kari Grist said: “The Open Minds Forum will enable us to better understand our students and alumni, which will be invaluable in creating new programs, updating communications and ensuring that we’re delivering the best services to our current and former students.”
