US – Insight platform UserTesting has launched a marketing insight tool as part of a series of updates.
Marketers can use the tool to obtain video feedback from existing and potential customers on concepts, campaigns and messaging, via either custom or pre-built templates.
Michelle Huff, chief marketing officer, UserTesting, said: “We’re creating a solution for teams to integrate rapid feedback into their creative process from their target audience who can help them write better messaging and build better campaigns.”
UserTesting has also made several additions, including updates to its live conversation tool, which allows companies to conduct interviews with customers in real-time. The updated version includes an integration with Microsoft Outlook and the ability to annotate using note-taking that is synced to the video recording.
Additionally, the platform has developed a set of templates to help industries obtain feedback on customers’ attitudes and behaviour during the Covid-19 outbreak.
