US — Business IT specialists Ventana Research are opening up a new research programme to investigate the importance of location analytics to enterprise customers.
The research aims to provide clients with detailed information on trends, market opportunities and organisational requirements associated with location analytics. It will focus on issues if competency and the maturity of organisational use of location and geographic context as well as current and future business and technology requirements and best practices.
“The value of adopting technology like location analytics is that it can provide a competitive advantage and help meet the highest standards of customer experience which is critical to organisation’s effectiveness,” said Mark Smith, CEO and chief research officer, Ventana Research (pictured).
