US— Data collection agency Western Wats has promoted Bob Fawson to lead its online services group. Fawson previously served as an account manager with the firm, which he joined in 2007.
In his new role of vice president Fawson will be responsible for growing Western Wats’ portfolio of online services, such as the Opinion Outpost panel, developing tailored online solutions and improving methods of managing the firm’s panel inventories.
Fawson will also be tasked with building international online panels.
Western Wats CEO David Haynes said: “Bob’s education, industry experience and research background give him a unique perspective about online market research. It was an easy decision to have him head up our online services and we are confident in his ability to develop and improve our online panel inventory.”
