CANADA— Fieldwork agency Western Wats has opened a service bureau in Toronto in an effort to increase local access to the firm’s panels.
The office will be led by Dipesh Shah (pictured) who previously worked as a director at online media agency Jolly Donkey and as a sample buyer for Research Now.
Western Wats CEO David Haynes said: “While our Canadian panels are exceptionally strong we knew we could provide more to Canadian researchers.
“Our new Toronto-based service team will provide local expertise and the breadth of Western Wats’ service offering.”
