US – Global intelligence company Morning Consult has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) toolkit to help users gain insights from the company’s data.
Morning Consult AI will allow users to gain insights from real-time data from around 15,000 interviews a day, according to the business.
The set of tools has been piloted with corporate and agency clients, and includes a chatbot top answer questions using database of audience, brand, economic and political perceptions.
Morning Consult said it was also developing AI assistants to automate manual processes like building custom audiences or generating insights from data visualisations, and building AI agents to automate common use cases like brand and trend reports.
Michael Ramlet, chief executive at Morning Consult, said: “We are trusted to provide leaders with the data they need to make better decisions. Now, with the power of AI, we’re putting even more control and clarity into their hands.”
