UK— 2CV has appointed customer experience specialist Tom Vannozzi as a research director at its London office.
Vanozzi joins the firm from Westpac Banking Corporation in Australia where he was responsible for customer experience research and oversaw a continuous tracking program.
Before his time at the bank he spent three years as a consultant at The Leading Edge where he managed the Microsoft account.
2CV said that Vanozzi will work across a range of sectors in his new role and deal with clients including EA, News International and 118 118.
The firm’s managing director Doug Edmonds said: “With every appointment, we look for a new skill or area of expertise that will add value to our company offering. Tom’s experience, which spans a range of sectors and includes client side experience at Westpac, does just this and will ensure we continue to deliver high quality research to our clients.”
