AUSTRALIA – Data and insights company Pureprofile has established a product innovation team that will focus on developing data technology solutions for the business, with Niamh Fitzpatrick appointed chief product officer.
Based in Sydney at the company’s headquarters, the team will include engineers, product managers and product marketing specialists. Pureprofile expects to make several new hires in 2025.
Pureprofile has promoted Niamh Fitzpatrick (pictured) to chief product officer to lead the new team. Fitzpatrick, who joined the business from Facebook in 2020, will initially focus on developing AI-driven tools and video survey capabilities, which will expand the company’s offerings in the next few weeks.
Early next year, the business plans to continue to roll out additional products.
In other team changes, Sugumar Supramaniam has been promoted to product director. Supramaniam has been with Pureprofile for four years and will be responsible for the development and execution of Pureprofile’s product portfolio and delivery of new offerings.
Martin Filz, chief executive, Pureprofile, said: “Over the past four years, we’ve steadily transformed into a technology-focused business, shifting our client offering from managed services to platform-based solutions and from a survey business to a data-driven business. New product development is now critical as we roll out automated client solutions and integrate AI tools into our roadmap.”
“We’re fortunate to have a product leader of Niamh’s calibre leading our new team. Supported by increased investment, Niamh and her team will be central to driving our future growth.”
